Ever seen " A Clear and Present Danger" or "Enemy of The State"? Not to mention tnat newer vehicles have GPS and so do cell phones. Been around a long time.before Bush. I think it started with Nixon,probably. At anyrate, the gov't can track your every move by all kinds of means. It doesn't need a microchip. Goodnite everybody, I'm babbling . Time for bed.

hate to burst your bubble but Bush already signed the real id act on May 11,2005. they have yet to figure how to effectively create this stupid thing and are looking into RFID technology as an option.
