well i would have to say, and i know this is so cliche, but Angelina Jolie because she gives alot of money to charity. She is also the only girl in the world that i would do.

Keira Knightley because she is pretty young, only in her 20s. She is also stunningly pretty, her face lips and hair! She dresses the way she wants without taking to mind what other people think about her--the media per se! She has a lot of charisma and spunk and she's British! So the British accent comes to mind! Also she can act with the big famous guys like Orlando Bloom and Johnny Depp in Pirates of the Caribbean and Clive Owen and Ioann Gruffud in King Arthur(real version!).
