THe wiki article says they kind of fizzled out of existence within about 2 years of coming onto the scene. I've been curious about that too though. Like...did something specific happen? And where did all its members end up?

That's a good question. I was a newspaper reporter when Queer Nation tried to shock everyone into consciousness with their kiss-ins at Harborplace (Baltimore) & other direct action events. At the time, I wasn't sure if theirs was the best course of action because I felt it alienated people rather than bridged any gaps. Over the years, I've come to understand how there's a time & place for different types of activism - groups such as ACT-UP and Queer Nation being no exception!
