No. But I've read it can reduce sensitivity in the long run if you squeeze too tightly when you do it. It isn't good to do it more than about once per day either. So masturbate no more than about once per day, and use a light grip to do it.

No. Such a myth is akin to the old saying that you'll go blind or grow hair on the palm of your hand. Some people will say anything to try to keep you from harmless pleasure.
