How can I go about writing a book?

I want to write a urban novel, I have so many good ideas but just dont know where to start. Can anyone help me out???

First of all, you have to make sure you are prepared to commit yourself. Second, establish a good story plot BEFORE you begin writting because it could cause confusion later if you dont. Third of all, let your imagination run wild!

thats great. think of something that will start the story out interesting and make sure every once in a while theres something that just makes you want to read it more and find out whats going to happen and end it off exciting. but make sure it all flows and take ur time u have forever to write it =]
