you cant

2 types of sweat glands, apocrine and eccrine

eccrine all over body, glands excrete salty water
apocrine is under armpits and groin region, expels cytoplasm, which when digested by bacteria create a bad smell

wash morning and night with soap and water. dry well. keep the hair trimmed. wear cotton underwear to help absorb moisture. avoid heavy oils and creams in the area. DO NOT use baby powder... it is made from corn starch which is sweet and creates a nice sweet, warm environment for yeast and fungus to grow.
