If you join the Yahoo! Photos Beta, any existing photos and albums in your Yahoo Photos account will be moved into the new service automatically.
Note that the New Yahoo Photos just left beta for US users late Wednesday night and all accounts in the service will be converted to the new version in the coming weeks.

That depends. If your photos were in Yahoo! Photos to start with, the answer is YES. Otherwise, nope.

You can have the software scan the pc for photo's and upload.. Good Luck
