Well, more details would help. I assume you are talking about your height, and I hope the units are centimeters for your sake (because most men are at least slightly uncomfortable around women that are taller than them). There are glandular diseases that will make people grow very tall. I saw this documentary on TV about a woman who had that disease and she kept growing and growing and she ended up almost 7 feet tall. If you notice anything abnormal about your growth, you should definitely see a doctor before things get out of hand. You'll find out if there's something wrong, and if there is not anything wrong with you you will have one less thing on your mind. Good luck!

9.5 what? feet, inches, cms? you should be happy that you are taller than the average. most people will probably envy your height. you didn't mention your age or height and if you are just enetering your teens this is perfectly normal.
