i want to see counselling of RGTU but my web page opens in notepad which is unable to understand.how i can change the settings so that my web page will automatically opens itself in internet explorer.

(I am assuming that you saved the webpage onto your computer and you have windows XP as this is the only reasonable explanation i can think of your problem.. i would need more info if it isn't the case.) You might have saved it as a "xxxx.txt" file, making it open it in notepad, or your settings have notepad open any xxxxx.html file.
In either case, right click the webpage, then click "open with.." .. in the list that shows, select 'internet explorer', and tick the box 'open everytime .. blah blah' .. good luck!

can you right click on the item and then OPEN WITH then you reassign it?
