Singapore is one of the wealthiest countries in the world, and their education system is excellent due to the available money.

Vietnam has many more advanced education schools (colleges, universities, etc.), but the quality of education is medicore at best. This is changing as Vietnam's economy grows rapidly, but it will be a while before VIetnam catches up with Singapore.
