Ok men really need to get over the hormonal stuff and the period. Most women don't even have PMS, only about 10% or so or less. And men act with their emotions alot more than women do. Who's the aggressive sex and always wanting to fight?

I thought of putting men only, but some women actually think they women shouldn't have the right to vote, let alone run for president. I've actually heard quite a few women say that, believe it or not.

Because from a man's point of view a woman's psychological differences make her appear irrational or even insane. The reverse is also true, but the men still currently wield most of the power.

I don't think people are really against a women president. I am not really against a women president. I just don't think about it. I do believe that it is quite possible that women are smarter than men. But this does not really matter. What matters is that our country as well as most of humanity, since the beginning of time has been a "Patriarchal Animal". Men protect the family, they take care of the work, provide the food, the meat for the family. (Meat is the high protein that made us grow and allowed us to walk on two legs, which allowed us to use our hands, which promoted use of our brain, and so on and so forth).
Women have had the duty of baring the children, feeding the children, the family and training the children. Women are working instead of taking care of their children and look at what has happened to kids know. Killing people in schools, bring weapons to school, gangs or at least gang mentality, etc., etc..
Having said that I believe that seeing a women as president would probably break down our society more than it already is broken down. It presents a type of psychological confusion.
I hope this was helpful. There is more to say on the subject but as you can see the answer so far was lengthy.

I think a woman president is okay, if she's the best person for the job. You have to remember that many cultures around the globe see women as a sub-class of people (read Muslims). So there is a risk that those cultures will see us as weak and effeminate if we have a woman president.
So, if a women is president, then she needs to be very strong and able to stand up those jerks. If she is a weak-kneed liberal (read Clinton), then they will walk over her, and take advantage of the situation.
I don't like the facts either, but some cultures put their women in burkas, and kill them if they have jobs outside the home. That's just reality, and we need to deal with those idiots too.

I do not get why everyone is ethier. I mean a woman is responisible and is more dependable then a man. She would actually do the job unlike a male president who cannot even cook a meal. Mabey because men think that we are to sensitive and care to much for the world while most men are just careless for the world! Think it over!

I'm not, but the thing is, the top two woman candidates right now are Condoleeza Rice and Hilary Clinton, and I don't like either of them, that has nothing to do with their gender, just their policies... If there was a woman with policies I agreed with, I would vote for her, same with a man...

Even if it's the best idea to have a woman president, people are always going to fear and hate new things. Don't get too riled up about it. I wouldn't vote for Hilliary Clinton, not because she's a woman, but I don't think she's up to it.

I asked that question in a class once... I was surprised that the majority of females were against it. In fact most males wanted a woman President. Wierd, huh?

If they are- they're living in the wrong country. I understand most of Islamic countries will take them in. The people THERE don't want women leaders- either. Sounds like a good match to me.

This is not only a national issue but also an international. Many nations may not take a woman as seriously. Our corporate world is no different.
