Logs are an integral part of all operating systems, not computers. A computer is bunch of parts.

Operating systems log things in to make it easier for you to do stuff.

When you move some icon on your desk top USER.DAT records this change so that when you start the computer next that icon will be where you put it last.

If USER.DAT becomes corrupt your desktop becomes a mess.

Individual keystorkes are generally not recorded anywhere. There are logs of entries, exists, page views or what are called "hits."

When you put "spyware" or "ad ware" on to your system, then keystrokes and other items can be recorded and transmitted to an exeterior source, which can then use that information for any purpose.

aside from your convoluted grammer. root servers (DNS) typically store url's for a set length of time (called TTL-time to live) where they drop a url if it's not requested within a set time, packets are dropped along it's route for the same reason. for a thurough, but understandable answer to you querry, go to 'grc.com/securitynow' and seek the 'internet' related topics. now, wether or not bill gates and/or the government or your mommy, or anybody has been recording your every move....just move a little to the left so i can see you better.....

No not true that all your internet history is recorded, though some of it may be monitored. Your questions referencing databases don't make any sense.
