and Condi, Rumsfeld, cheney etc were raised differently? They seem to be okay with the deaths of tens of thousands of innocents in exchange for increased wealth and power.

Honestly, can someone explain this to me?

As opposed to Saddam Hussein? Do you honestly that he makes his daughters masturbate to torture videos? Because that's what Hussein did to his sons.

That's such a fun question. It's not like Bush has every seen any real combat. Probably on ever witness the death of a pig on his ranch. Plus he's done cocaine and been known to drink. He's probably like a recovering alcoholic, because he religiously biased in almost all of his global politics. You can't just start a religious war, give up on taking out Al Qaida, start another war in another country and hang out and wait to be attacked from every border. He's such an idiot in too many ways to list. But he's loyal. He stands behind his people and so they people that represent him are loyal too. I don't really think Rice knew what she was getting into. She was probably swept into a patriotic rampage after 9/11 and now she's stuck on a sinking ship. Rumsfield really gets offended though when he's accused of doing a poor job. Wish they knew what the people really wanted and cared less about Iraq, favoring Israel's mass bombings, and caught the guy who actually attacked us personally.

Yes, We did not have good president material to vote for, the people elected the less of two evils! You can only respect life that respects you. No, it's not always nice, seldom is in the real world! 9/11 placed all in a position. Had Bush done nothing they would have fried him. He did do something that the majority agreed to do, then they still fried him. So far I have watched many have blaimed him for things he had nothing what so ever to do with. He is one that many want to hate, A few wanted Gore or Kerry! Their supporters were bad losers and still are today! Had they been elected and did the same thing Bush has, They would be singing how great they are! It's as simple as that!

Unfortunately the history goes further back to cold war... they strengthened dictators and kings in the middle east... they financed and armed both Bin Laden and Saddam (these are public knowledge not state secrets!) Their allies have always been undemocratic.

Then they set out to eliminate them after creating these monsters and occupy the countries in the process. Respect for human life is a sing song that the state is giving its people... like "America the land of freedom"!!!

You need to understand how the empire functions in order to subvert it and really work for human emancipation.

Where were you when the terrorists killed thousands of innocent Americans on 9/11?? President Bush responded to the act of war by defending our country and doing everything he could to protect our citizens. He could have done a lot better job if the Democrats hadn't been hell bent on bashing him instead of working for the American people. And he could have been much more successful if the United Nations was worth its salt! It is so corrupt now that it is a detriment to our nation. Condeleeza Rice is a fine Secretary of State! WAKE UP!!!!!!

People believe that motley crew because they're just as stupid as Bush etal. No one with any intelligence believes the line of bs that's coming out of the Bush White House - we all know its a crock. Vote Democratic in November - help get rid of Bush and his outlaw band!

Was our country supposed to just do nothing after we were attacked on 9/11? I don't understand how people can be so against this war, to be honest. If we had done nothing about the whole 9/11 incident it would have been completely ridiculous. I don't like war or anything, but sometimes you have to stand up for yourself(and your country)

I wish I could explain it. All I can say is it's time for a change. I can't wait to get a new president. When I heard Bush won the election last time, I actually felt sick. Funny how they don't tell you how many of our boys die needlessly every day for a useless war no one even understands anymore. Soon as Bush got elected, we got war! Enough is enough already!

Maybe they do mourn the death's of the dying, maybe they are just realist's who understand that life is not perfect and sacrifices must be made for the greater good.

Maybe you were just raised different.

And yes there is a connection between iraq and 9/11, saddam was well known for harboring known al qaeda members.

Right on target again. We need to send "Wild Bill" Bush and his sidekick or lapdog as you prefer "Canonball" Blair back to the ranch. And get that hired gun "Blackbart" Olmert out of town!
There IS no explanation for what has occurred nor justification except hidden agendas.

I am sure they are not OK with death. Especially that of innocent people. How are THEY getting increased wealth & power? They aren't as far a I can tell.

People should write to the CONGRESS voicing their opinions on this subject matter. Especially the DEMOCRATS - John Kerry, Ted Kennedy & Hillary Clinton. THEY ALL VOTED TO GO TO WAR!!!!

The President CANNOT do anything about this. HE DID NOT GO TO WAR ON HIS OWN. CONGRESS DID THIS!!! Read up on your HISTORY of how LAW/WAR WORKS!!!
