If you are sure he is having a mistress you should talk to him about what you are willing to accept. If you won't accept him having a mistress, then you need to let him know your alternatives, if he doesn't stop with her. If your alternative is to leave him, then prepare for the worst. Otherwise, try to work it out. Evidently there is something that she provides him that you don't. Figure out what it is and do it. Be Polite, Good Luck
