I believe when Kelis says "I'm back with an 8-0-8" she is referring to a song with a good beat. The term 8-0-8 is not referencing to an area code, don't be fooled. Just like the group Blaque says "Boom like an 808/Circles like a figure/Feels good from head to toe/To me baby here we go" they're talking about the bass of the drum.

ok people 808 in her case does not mean area code it just what we say for classic ever heard ludacris song lyric from song( he always gone make 808")it just means classic
