I would have to say "A Fish Called Wanda" because I was laughing from start to finish and I was coughing afterwards. Another funny movie, which happens to be one of the best comedy movie ever made is "Some Like it Hot" with Marilyn Monroe, and it's funny with the two guys were dressed up as women because they witnessed the crime and that they joined the all-women band to flee.

I'm not sure what the funniest of all time is to me but I can say Barnyard is the funniest animated movie I've ever seen.
