Motrin is the best I've found. Tylenol does very little for me.

depends on the type of pain youre having.

if you sprained or twisted something, like an ankle, advil (ibuprofen) is better for you. if you have a sore throat or general achniess, tylenol may be better for you. those are really the 2 best i can think of.

Depends on the type of pain you are having and possibly other medications you are taking or your own sensitivity. Personally, ibuprofen works best for me for muscular pain or headache pain.

My preference is Excedrin. It's aspirin and Tylenol with caffeine to get it to work faster. Of course I wouldn't recommend it for anyone sensitive to any of the ingredients.

Aleve. Especially for joint or bone pain.

I would try aleve or motrin, they work instantly and they help you go to sleep
