Go to the music store and type in "movie trailers" or go to www.apple.com/trailers and right click on a trailer link and save it to your computer, and convert it to .m4v

iTunes is still in the process of integrating movie and TV episode downloads. It won't be long now where you can purchase a "pay-per-view" type subscription to watch them online.
Last I heard it was going to be sometime late this year, probably 4th quarter...
