this is why you're supposed to put your pants on one leg at a time. i'm sure it is all people who insist upon putting on pants while standing up even though they completely lack the skill to do so...

it means "The Town of our Woman the Queen of the Angels of Porciuncula." they completely failed to be succinct. if it shortened to "pueblo de la reina" at least that would still make sense.
