Anyone? Acne Treatment?

I was just wondering what everyone uses that works for acne. I mean i dont have it like nuts i just get a few and they really hurt. I want something good that will kick its butt. I really want a clear face like some people have. Can anyone help?

First off, I think that doctor who said use proactiv represents them and wants more customers. However I've never tried it so who knows.
Second, using stuff you can get at a store like clearasil and clean and clear will just dry your face out and not do much. The key to controlling acne is reducing oil production .To do that buy a moisturizer and wash your face a few times a day to keep it oil free. Also if your skin is dry, your pores will produce more oil. DO NOT squeeze a zit or scratch it-IT WILL SCAR!!!. However if it starts to bleed, then put an astringent like sea breeze(alcohol will dry your skin) on a cotton ball and hold it on the zit for about ten minutes or until it stops bleeding. Oh and if your old enough to shave ,keep your skin hair free because bacteria causing acne can stay in your beard.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

I use Cetaphil as my wash (the gentle formula), then with the next step if your skin is oily use a toner and apply that with a cotton ball (you can find toner probably near the cetaphil in your local drugstore/pharmacy), or if your skin is dry rub in a nice oil-free moisturizing lotion, once the lotion is absorbed use some topical acne cream all over your face (this will be usually called acne treatment cream and the main ingredient will be 10% benzoyl peroxide) and after all this you'll be good to go. P.S. dont skrimp on the benzoyl!

neutrogena on the spot acne treatment. it comes in a small bottle and you just put a dab of the cream directly on the pimple at night and by the next morning, it will be less red, less swollen, if not gone altogether. that stuff is amazing, and you dont have to rub it all over your face, just a dab over each pimple. also, stridex pads help prevent pimples. also, if you pop your pimples, that is the worst thin you can do to them, so dont do it. if you do all that, you should have a pretty clear face. i do all that and it works pretty good for me.

well i use clinique toner and the moisterizer, it's expensive, but it really cleans your face from oil and dirt and the moisterizer leaves your face feeling like a baby's butt...lol

but seriously, clinique works really well and even tho it's expensive, it's worth it
