Yea, it grows back. I cut my hand like 5 years ago and it grew back even better than before. It's just a very slow process. Just give it time and forget about the doctor.

Hands don't grow back. Growing back of body parts only occur on selected species of animal whil mammals as a whole do not possess such an ability.

Well, the last time I cuecked this was only true in lizards,and it's their tail that grows back. I don't think this applies to humans.

No it will not grow back skin will just cover where ever it was cut off at like a cut kinda but more painful and bigger.

it should grow back, but make sure it get the proper care. Feed it water, sunlight, and take some boxing lessons.
