My internet has been messing up for a while now. After im on the internet for a while it says the page cannot be displayed. I try to refresh or reopen the page and it says the same thing but when i try to get on yahoo messenger it works perfectly. The only way to get my internet to work again is by doing a system restore, Also if I unplug my internet cable during the night it works perfectly all day the next day. Could you please tell me what the problem is and how i can fix it.

This could be caused by a few things... line disruption (too much noise on the DSL line), increased traffic (less available bandwidth) buffer overrun (PC Pitstop is a good place to go to see if this is an issue, as well as check out your computer in general) a failing modem and others. First have your ISP do a line test to make sure its not on their end. Then check out PC Pitstop. If neither help, I would suspect the cabling or the modem.

It might be your internet provider. Some providers only allow a limited amount of daily activity before shutting down. Maybe give them a call.

If you have Comcast Digital Cable, you may want to contact their office. If you do not have Comcast... Please, State your internet provider...
