If we boycott the products advertised by OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD COMMERCIALS, they might lower the outrageous volume.

How'bout we boycott the annoying, disgusting ones too?? That little, evil nail fungus guy??? There ought to be a law!!

Doesn't your remote control have a "mute" button? That's what its there for.....or you can always go channel surfing when commercials come on. According to FCC regulations, the commercials are supposed to be no louder than they program they're interrupting - yeah, right!!

Yeah, it gets to me sometimes. I need to be in a cranky mood,though, otherwise, its really not an issue people will rally behind, especially considering the hot issues going on today with the wars and such.

No. Only writing the station and sponser would make a difference. Especially if you tell them that you change the channel when loud commercials come on.
