I'm planning to open small store in Las Vegas.
I'm trying to get some disney toys to my future store.. but is it illegal?

if you own the item and your item is licensed by Disney, go for it.

Disney licenses its products. If you are able to get official Disney products, then it is legal. If you get knockoffs, then it is illegal.

write a letter to disney and ask them you will get a yes or a no and infomation how to proceed Good luck!

If you purchase product from a legal wholesaler, you as a retailer have the right to sell it for a profit.
