he came to see me i was in a place that i just moved in he had a woman with him ever chance he got he kissed me.he went and bought me a used car. i woke up so happy.but i havent seen nmore heard from him in like 4 years. but at one point we was going to get married.

The Concept of dreams are very simple. Like you have been thinking about something so much that you do not stop thinking about it even while you are asleep. A part of you brain that doesnt "sleep" continues the thought and shows you visuals of what you have been thinking and hoping for. So it is clear that you are still hoping for him to come back to you. You can try this to understand a dream better.
Keep thinking of something of your choice, preferably something other than your boyfriend as you already had dreams about him.
Note it down somewhere and go to sleep and continue to ponder on it till you doze off.
When you wake up, if you recollect what your dream was, it will be about what you have written.
P.S: But you thinking about it must be deep and continuous and sub concious if possible.

It's normal to have dreams about the past or for your imagination to use memories to build dreams. Does not mean you want your boyfriend back but I might mean you are looking for something else. Maybe you are ready for a relationship

l have a dream book, and this is what it says about cars.

having dreams like that about people or ex boyfriends is due to having them on your mind not even realizing it. something during the day could have reminded you of him and subconsciously you were thinking about him when you went to bed. doesn't always mean you still want him but it could mean you miss him. that's very common especially when you were going to be married. good luck to you hope it works out well for you.

It probably has nothing to do with the actual former boyfriend. The dream is just expressing love to you for all the love you give to others in life.

I have dreams like that, because part of you wants that happiness back - but then you start to remember the bad things that caused the happiness to be blocked.
