Firstly, talk to your boss. If that gets you nowhere, start looking for another job. This exact thing happened to me once. I spoke to my boss - nothing was done and I was continually treated this way until I left. Life's too short - you don't need the stress.

it's always hard to work with an ex. Assuming your ex. is at the same level in the orgaization that you are, the best option is to let this occurance today go; however, you should distance yourself as much as you can from your ex. and start working on how you can make yourself stand out and be more successful than him.

Sounds like he enjoys hurting vulnerable people. Best thing to do is ignore him, pick your friends at work wisely, and succeed to a higher level, and faster than him.

One reason you do not get involved with co workers. Where my Mr works they will separate the two involved, immediately.
You have to go up the chain of command, even though you two did a no no there are still laws to protect one on the job. This company can be in big trouble if they let this continue.....
Or you could quit and walk away, learn by your mistake and do not do it again...... It takes two to tango

which could no longer a good threat first of all. it truly is thanks to person-friendly to interchange you (exceptionally int his pastime marketplace) so it really is possibly a nasty theory ;) As for talking to you manager it really is an rather good theory. undemanding raise the actual undeniable actuality that you opt to communicate in inner most and tell her about lady (as i visit call undesirable coworker) and how lady has been saying some issues that you do not imagine are outfitted to the shoppers and your self to take heed to. you may also gently raise the actual undeniable actuality that she commented on your listening to and the way it truly is truly actual yet you do not appriciate her discussing it in the form of fashion. be careful about this because it truly is unliekly that lady knew that you had a listening to difficulty in any respect and also you do not opt to sound like you're merely tattling on her yet instead that you're discussing a severe coworker difficulty. in case you manager doesn't have personal attachments to lady or something then i have self assurance it truly is in all probability she will be able to be terminated (pondering that you assert different workers/coworkers don't love her both). If all else fails you'll get a touch more effective vocal about it with possibly yet another manager or the owner (especailly if the 'bullying'/yelling retains). ultimately i'd reccomend that you do not contain your mom in this (exceptionally when you're over 18) as she frankly has no organization in it when you're legally an individual. inspite of the undeniable fact that if it persists and think ofyou've got talked to everyone is reasonably about it then definite contain your mom and legality subject matters. Oh and that i also fairly reccomend you communicate to each and each of the workers about you listening to complications because it really might want to impact your artwork and if different recognize of it then they are going to understand to possibly communicate louder or repeat issues even as requested without them wondering you merely weren't paying interest. wish that helps! -Filly8

Speak to the person that handles the greiviences in your company and ask them what can be done about it. There should be a policy in regards to that sort of thing.....

Beat their ***.

Just Kidding, Tell them how you felt. If they do it again, tell management or the owner. It depends how severe the mistreatment is.

Kill them with kindness.
