Try taking glucosamine or any of the arthritis drugs such as Osteo Bi Flex. I had lots of knee pain before I started taking these. I am a bike rider.

For the rider they make a stirrup that is jointed, helping to take some of the stress off of the knee.

For the horse massage therapy will increase the production of synovial fluid in the joints.

If it hurts you dont do it.But if yuo want to,try taking advil when it starts hurting,or motrin.I dont think with bad knees it is a good idea. But if it gets worse,Go see a doctor.
