some people get what are called 'heat hadaches' which are what happens when youre out in the sun and its really hot out, like over 90 degrees. you can especially get them when it is hot outside, and you go from indoor air conditioned placed where it is cool to outside, where it is hot. the body doesnt have time to acclimate to the temperatures and responds by getting a headache. a good way to reduce these headaches from happening in the heat is to stay indoors or outdoors for longer periods of time, rather than going from the car to the grocery store then back to the car, then into the mall....all that changing of temperatures isnt good for the body in the extreme heat. try to stay indoors where it is cool, and go outside in limited amounts.

Possibly dehydration or heat prostration. Keep up the water - if you don't drink 2 liters (64 oz) a day, try it on the next hot day, and see if that saves you the headache.

The blood capillaries enlarge, raising the blood pressure.
