Well there was this new kid that i didnt even now and my friends asked him out for me and so i thought he was cute and i think he is my type because he calls me every week just to talk and he has asked me out but i dont say yes because i am scared of what my mom would say and my neighbor who dosnt like him so help please!

You are only 13. That is way to young to start dating. Why not go on group outings where girls and boys don't pair up but hang out together? There is plenty of time for dating when you are more mature. You need help with this question, what would you do in a tougher situation if one came up with the boy on your date? Wait for a little maturity to set in so you don't end up pregnant at 14 or 15.

There must be a reason why your neighbor doesn't like this guy. When your young everything seems so intense, like you have to come up with an answer right away...
...if you really like this guy, one date isn't gonna hurt. Just take things slow so you can pay attention to the details. Older ppl know things because of experience....so you should listen to them because of this logic if nothing else, your neighbor might have other motives about this guy...did she date him? take it slow and good luck!

Talk to your mom see how she feels about it she might think its a good idea.
As for your friend/neighbor girl do you cause there is always gonna be someone that doesn't like what you do, who you talk to, or you period don't let that stop you from enjoying yourself!

Why worry so much? If he's right for you (as in he's good & all that), then go ahead. I'm sure your mom will approve him if he's good. Who cares about your neighbour? Care about your feelings & his feelings for you, rather than your neighbour's feelings.

ok seriously, screw ur mum, she may not like the fact that ur dating bcuz to her ur still her baby gurl but jus tell her that u really like him and that he makes u feel loved and special and hopefully shell understand...hell i have a bf and my parents dont even knw i have one, haha, but yea i hope it all goes good for u hun :-)
