Use Nortons Antivirus and also use hijaxthis program you can probably do a google search for this, also use windows defender. Run the antivirus in safe mode and also runs windows defender in safe mode. Then run a scan with hijackthis.exe and then go through the programs that it shows running and find out which one is part of the virus and check it and click to delete it.

Just go to www.google.ca and search for Trend housecall. It's an online virus scanner. You can also visit www.norton.com and download 30-days anti virus program. Also get the hijack-it spy removal, it's great! And Good Luck!

hi, perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.

i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

hit Alt, Ctrl, And Delete and hold them all in at the same time and this thing will pop up and then delete all te viruses in your Pc.
