This site looks pretty good. It was updated in 2004. I don't know how often IQ scores are reinterpreted, mind you!

Over 140 - Genius or near genius
120 - 140 - Very superior intelligence
110 - 119 - Superior intelligence
90 - 109 - Normal or average intelligence
80 - 89 - Dullness
70 - 79 - Borderline deficiency
Under 70 - Definite feeble-mindedness

The average IQ is supposedly 100, but it's actually a little more (102 maybe). So if someone has an IQ of 113 he/she is slightly more intelligent than average.

IQ of 113 as an average is completely dependent on age.
If you are a teen, i suppose that would be in the higher ranks.
Let's see, i think a person that is in all honors classes that graduates top of their class usually has an IQ of 130 on average, but that doesn't mean all IQs meet that quota, are in that quota, or over that quota.
It's great that you are curious about it because it does give you insight to where you stand compared to others. Unfortunately, i am unable to tell you because i am unaware of your age.
If you took one of the tests online that are free (i.e. the Tickle IQ tests), don't totally rely on those. You can take those usually at the end of high school (at our school, they allow you to take one for $40 or something).
Whoever has a 113 IQ has an average IQ, but that's about as far as i could tell you.

The average is 100 and the standard deviation is 15-which is how they come up with the formula for mental retardation and gifted IQs.
113 is within the normal range.

I'm not sure where he stands on 113. My IQ is 118 so I guess we would stand pretty close together. I would say you have a pretty good IQ.

130 or higher is considered genius.
Less than 70 is considered mentally retarded.
