Attach the pressure line (or sending unit if you have an electric gauge) to a fitting on the intake manifold. In many cases these fittings will look like a bit of pipe sticking out of the manifold. You may need an adapter if your boost gauge uses compression style tubing. I made my adapter from hardware store parts - just hooked up a hose barb to a compression fitting.

If there are no fittings on the manifold, and no plugs threaded for installing such a fitting, take the manifold (or just the plenum; if it's a two piece manifold, that should be easier to remove) off, drill a hole, and tap it with a pipe thread. Then put a fitting that matches the line from your gauge in the new hole.
