Things to do when your bored in a hotel?

I brought my own Bible, and I've been reading it.
I'm happy to see that the Gideon Bible in my room looks like its been well used and that people have been reading it.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. I'm only staying here because my basement apartment got flooded and I need to stay somewhere untill it gets fixed and the new carpet gets put in.

99) Wear as many clothes as you can. (10 underwear, 8 shirts, 3 pants, 11 socks) during the summer-- and explain to the guests at the pool how it's too cold to swim.

I bought at a very interesting store, it was great!! took forever but made my skin look great, I went to the pier, took a drive at night by the ocean , mostly went shopping, visited great galleries and spent a lot of money, shouldn't have, had breakfast at this gorgeous place, with lots of beautiful roses, walked around a lot, it was enjoyable. store right now, on a tropical island or hanging out with friends? What is exactly the same in ever situation? You are. I am rarely bored. Unless I am too sick or too tired to do anything about it.
I make fun no matter where I am or what I am doing. If your TV is your only company. Watch something that is educational. Learning something new isn't usually boring. You say it's in a small town. Local little country stores can be very cool. The people friendly and have great stories. Same with local coffee shops.
Ask the front desk clerk what is around to do. Read all the pamphlets in the lobby, learning about the area your in. Get some paper, draw or start a journal. Writing id=f money and options were limitless what would you be doing right no. Be creative and let yourself go.

Those suckers.If you have two beds, call some girlfriends or sisters over and have a girls night in doing facials, ordering out, doing your nails and feet. Go to the bar, talk about the old days, stay up all night and maybe go out for coffee and/or breakfast and then you can all go back to your room and sleep.

Reading the Bible while nice and probably a wise thing for us all to do at least once a day can put you to sleep sometimes. Hotel rooms no matter how nice are really for sleep not entertainment,, I would suggest exercise, watch tv but even that gets boring, go for a walk, go to the lobby and bother the desk clerk for more pillows that's always fun. I have spent quite a bit of time on the road from hotel to hotel and the less time in the hotel the better. If the weather isn't nice enough where your at to go for a walk or jog then you might want to go to the local mall and window shop. Good luck,,,
