Why do all stupid immature guys think that a female president would do a bad job. All the ones I've heard talk about a female president say they think she would push the panic button every 28 days. That is so immature. A woman president would probably be as good of a president if not better than a guy.

I think that the right woman in office would be great! It would be something great for little girls to look up to and aspire to be one day.

Yes, a female president would be great -- however I'm not voting for someone just because of their sex -- I will vote for them if I think they are the right choice for the country.
Now the comments that guys make --sometimes they're just trying to get a rise out of others or think it's cool --especially if they're in a group --peer pressure.
However, there are people other there, mostly men, but a few women too, that don't think a woman president would be a good idea ---and ascribe to the woman's place is in the home mentality.
I don't personally agree with their views and I just don't respond to comments etc that are ill-informed -- or I might say, that's not my opinion but I don't usually go any further or say, I don't discuss religion, sex or politics since their my views and I don't try to foster those on others. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and you're entitled to yours even if I don't agree with it.

Thank you, though. I always make sure that my decsions are based on logic and not emotion or hormones, and I have been very successful in business and other endeavors. It does get rote and tiresome to hear the generalizations about women and how irrational we are and that we can't be president or CEOs of companies because of our hormones. Unfortunately, all the women who freak out and start swearing and tossing around penis-related comments in response to these allegations only make them seem true.

When Mrs. Dole was running for president I backed her.
She had the knowledge and the know how to get things done.
Might vote for Condi Rice but would not could not vote for the lady senator from NY.

I believe she may do a good job. Considering that all of our presidents have been middle-aged Caucasian men-Everything has stayed the same. If they gave a woman a chance, she may help change some of the things that are wrong with America. I would even be all for a pres who is a minority, why not? It is our country too.
