As far as quality goes, Pottery Barn Kids and Babies 'R Us are the best places for getting furniture. The toddler and baby furniture that they have are pretty well suited for any home and usually go with any room. Prices on those however are extremely high for what you are getting. But if you are a person who seeks quality and the best for your child, that is the way to go. My aunt is having a baby shower so me and my mom have been doing some baby furniture shopping lately.
As far as best bang for your buck, you'd probably be best off at a place that doesn't totally specialize in cribs but does make them. Probably if your Dillard's has a child furniture section, they always have very nice cribs for affordable prices. But make sure that you don't go to Wal-mart, because they have many faulty products that have been beaten up by consumers and thrown back on the shelf. However, Target is a risky chance, but they do have amazing cribs if your local Target is of moderate quality. They do a little bit more surveillance of what is put back on the shelf, so they can have good deals.

I have a few people over at my house, and I read them your question out loud. We all have babies,, and we say..whatever is in your budget! However we got ours at target,,, its beautifull and its done very well.

i definitly think that graco is the best my newborn daughter has some graco and other brand products and i prefer the graco.
