the warrenty just ran out, and i would like to renew it and the company did not send me a new form, so i am unsure how to do that

Warranty companies don't 'renew' like an insurance company.

Some will allow you to purchase an extended warranty before the original manufacturer warranty runs out, but to buy a warranty on your vehicle after one runs out ...I've never heard of ...at least not a legitimate one.

Go to an important Mexican city, like Monterrey, Guadalajara or Mexico City, and you can get a warranty of 5 years or more. The approximate price is of $250 usd for you Blazer warrenty.

Try to get one recommended by your GM Chevy dealer. MrGoodwrench is the best.

go back to the place you bought the truck and ask them to ask for you or if you bought it second hand still goto a car dealership that handles Chevy and ask I am sure that they will more the be happy to help you.
