It's a hoax & this question's been asked before too. It was a teaser type trailer BADLY edited together to get people's attention & to play a hoax on a lot of people. If you look carefully at the footage, you can see Leonardo DiCaprio in other movies' backgrounds as well as ones of his own.

Its not true. The movie Titanic was created based on actual events as it happened. After it sank, and if ever they will create another story about it, it will be purely fictional and for cinematographic purposes only. The sinking of the Titanic ends it story and let it rest in peace.

If you really think about it, there can be no other sequal to the Titanic. We already know what happens. If they made a sequal, it would be absolutely ridiculous and would probably flop. So i would have to say it is a hoax!!!

The only sequel there could be would be the rescue and then follow the survivors lives - wouldn't have the same impact. So I doubt it.
