Get on the floor on all four's...leave your butt in the air with your head turned where your face is flat on the floor. Keep your arms down like they would be by your side. Stay like that for about 5 minutes or until the gas passes....I know it sounds weird but it works. It's also good to get a uterus back in shape after childbirth. Just try it, you'll see. If it doesn't work for you, you'll be the first person I've ever heard of it not working on.

What's you're diet like? Maybe eat less before you swim.

Change your diet. For example.....Do you drink coffee? Try going without. Change things up until you find the culprit and eliminate it.
