By telegraphic transfer or demand draft? Anyway, what's the difference between the 2?

For a start, what currency are you sending to ? Do remember the renmibi is a restricted currency and can't be send by TT from a bank. You can try to send via the remittances servces at some of the money changer, instruction has to be in chinese though. Otherwise, if you are sending currencies like SGD or USD, then u can probably goes thru TT at banks, existing account holder will be charged only $10, while the money changer will charge about $17 on average. Don't go by demand draft, it's a long wait before u can get your payment thru and finally your stocks.

Telegraphic Transfer, but again, you have not mentioned the purpose of this,
I am not sure if demand draft would work internationally.

Get your supplies first.
Then Bank Transfer.
That is the accepted way...not Pay Pal!! LOL
