The image I print would be clip-art additions to the page. I wouldn't be printing any photos; rather, just background details and/or lettering. I want to make sure doing some details with the computer & printer wouldn't detract from the life of the photos or scrapbook.

If you use acid-free paper and printer ink, yes, it would be acid-free

You can buy acid free paper to print on.
Make sure the package says acid free on it.
Most scrapbook stores and other craft places sell this type of paper.
I buy the standard sheet size and print what I want out using software then cut out and use with my scrapbooking.

You can get acid free paper from most scrapbooking stores. You may be able to order online or from a scrapbooking provider like precious memories too.

Sorry, that won't work. Any print out is going to be out of balance....either too acid or too base. Besides, it really isn't a "scrap-book" if you do it on the p/c. Then, it is "pagination".
