First, I'd have to know which Scourge you wanted to buy. There have been many Transformers toys over the years that have borne the name Scourge. However, whether you're looking for the "classic" D-71 Scourge from Transformers: 2010 or from another series, I recommend BigBadToyStore.com. Although they don't currently have a D-71 Scourge in stock, they always get "new" items. Contact the store via e-mail to determine the availability of the Scourge you're searching for.
As an aside, I can't abide people who tell others to check eBay without providing a link to a specific item. The eBay site does not offer anything and everything under the sun, and any person who recommends you go to eBay without addressing your inquiry directly--doesn't know what they're talking about, like the first four people who answered your question.
