No approach, that will only bite you in the end.
If your supervisor is not a good employee, she will eventually get rid of herself - by getting fired.
First thing first - why is your supervisor trying to get rid of you - what have YOU done to attract this kind of attention? Be honest and accountable - are you always on time? Do you dress appropriately for the job? Do you talk to co-workers, customers, or others appropriately and in a socially acceptable manner? (No, in the working world, say "That really s**ked" is not appropriate language). Do you spread rumors at work? Do you show up drunk or hung over, spend a lot of time on the phone, do personal business at work (ie personal computer/internet use) Are you capable at your job and do it to the best of your ability - in other words, are you putting in an honest day's work?

Go to your boss's supervisor and have the person know that your boss is not fulfilling his responsibilities; meaning being afraid of being overtaken and demoted while capable people like you are suffering in silence. It helps if you can prove that your boss took your work, put his name to it and present it to the superior.
If it is a good superior who wants the best for the company, you will replace your boss. (note: the superior will be one day overtaken by you too! so be prepared for it.) If the superior is another person who is pass the prime of his/her life and hanging on to the job, move on. The culture sucks and you will not get a good career out of it anyway

If you want to keep from getting fired by your boss, perhaps you should consider instead on "quitting"...simply saying, I've OR I'M looking else where for another job since this isn't working out. Don't be ugly because you'll need that reference (you never know).... or do like I did? I fired my boss and went into business on my own!
Good luck

Hi, Is your boss the owner of the company where you work, if not, then find out who her boss it and go to them directly, but don't complain, let him see you do a better job then your boss, and hopefully you might get yourself a new position in know time.
But be carefull this might back fire. And find out why does she want to get rid of you. Someone in the office might know something..
Peace.

Find another job. Unless you have big dirt on her she has a better shot of getting rid of you.

first u dun own this company, so u can't be the boss.
if this company sucks, whether due to bad welfare or office politics, it it time to go on and have a better life else where.
look at it this way, u can't be a winner being a loser at a place where u can't stretch your full potential.
