I have forgotten the answer to my current challenge question. How do i retrieve my password?

if you have forgotten the challenge answer, you will need to call (yup, really call) yahoo and go through the motions of

1. proving that you are really the owner of the email account
2. reinstating a new password (and a new challange/answer!)
