I happen to insert 2 cd in it. is there a faulty function where it will be repaired?

Just buy a new one. DVD burners are relatively cheap these days online. Try www.newegg.com or www.zipzoomfly.com

IF you mean by "repair", getting the 2 disks out of the drive then yes.
IF you mean by "repair", that it no longer works because you put 2 disks in it, then NO it's not worth it. Buy a new one.
IF you can't get the disk drive open because you have 2 disks in it, then try this.
On most drives there is a small hole near the open button. Find a paper clip, large one is better, straighten it and push it into the hole. This will manually open the drive to get the disks out.

Just buy a new one. A dual layer dvd/cd burner is only $50

Once it breaks not worth messing with anymore. You should be able to pick up a new one for under 30 bucks. While your at it I would recomend upgrading to a dvd burner. Saw one for under 50 bucks last week!

cheaper to buy one.if ur is a laptop , then it could b a little more to buy an external one.

you could get it fixed but it would be cheaper to replace with a new one.
