they dropped the bomb with the WMD they couldn't find?
Seems like everyone thought so, but now seems to be a lot of excuses for us not seeing them supposedly move these WMD's to Syria.. Is this just an excuse to make it seem they could be in Syria?

Does that make sense? I'm drunk.. Going out in a little, my bad haha...

I don't know about anyone else, but I've always thought and still do think that the U.S. has the best of everything including intelligence. It blows my mind that we could miss them moving the WMD's to Syria while we were watching so closely..

We had excellent intelligence on Iraq once, when we helped arm Saddam Hussein during the Bush One administration. Saddam was the enemy of our enemy, Iran. So he was our friend. We knew he had WMDs -- twenty years ago.

CIA and State Department Intelligence did not support the intelligence that Cheney wanted and was procuring from special intelligence agencies of his own creation -- Office of Special Plans. And intelligence from Curve Ball and Ahmad Challabi -- a nut case and a con man with a vested interest in regime change.

If the administration had relied on the intelligence community for intelligence and not corrupted that intelligence by the likes of Cheney and Bolton, we would have fared much better.

Wow. I need a drink!

The USA never had the best intelligence in the world. We were unable to think outside of our own belief system. If anyone offered a really different point of view, they were challenged and told to not AID THE ENEMY.
The thing the people of the United States do not comprehend is that we are the most Patriotic Country in the World, and such we have this very strong sense of who we are and who we are not.
This point of view has blinded us in the years since WWII. And, as a result, no disagreement is deemed relevant.
We did also, buy the program that was being fed to us.
That is what corruption looks like from the inside.
You might wonder who was doing the feeding. Well it was not that, it was a lack of leadership. We have been rudderless since, ....will I think you can figure that out!
Poke your head out and take a look!

Most undercover agents smoke dope.

They lack the ability to tell the difference between yellow cake and an aluminum tube.

A Black opps guy finds a lemon muffin rapped in aluminum foil and calls in that he found a plutonium enrichment facility.

I think the question should be....did we have the best intelligence until 9/11? Don't forget that they supposedly dropped the ball on that.

Good question.
