My town is very safe. Most of the people in my town recognize each other and know who belongs here and does not. We have souvenir tee shirts that say, "Welcome to _____ , now go home."
I cannot tell you where I live because you might be a terrorist, you certainly would be a stranger and not welcome, if you lived in my town you wouldn't be asking such a question. How's that for safe?

Hell no. There isn't a safe town in America anymore. Nor anywhere else in this wicked old world. You can get killed in my town just by going out to your driveway to pull your car into the garage. There is no safe neighborhood anywhere. Even if you live in a gated community you don't know if a crazy or druggie lives there too. And it doesn't help to live in the country either. A friend had his farm house burglarized by a thief from the big city some 30 miles away. A little girl was abducted and murdered when she went to a shopping center in her small town. A place where hardly anyone locked their doors. They do now though.

I am not going to tell you where I live. You might be one of those evil ones. See, crime has made us all paranoid.

Yes. It seems like a pretty safe town - this Massachusetts suburban community.

Of course, there is no town where there's a 100% guarantee that residents will always be safe and/or not the victims of crimes, but generally my town of just under 30,000 is quite safe - and that isn't something I ever take for granted.

Yes, my town is very safe. Our doors are never locked - ever, my keys are in my car 24/7 and never do I worry about being robbed or anything. I would never leave my town.

Singapore! The place to be. No drugs, no guns. No traffic jams, clean air. A melting pot of people of different races/cultures living harmoniously together. Great place for living and bring up children. Place where everything works!
