Good question, and I'm honestly not sure what it would take to make me move. Maybe it's not actually something bad, but something good, i.e. money. If I had the money, I might move out of town. I've put up with a lot of crap living where I do, so I don't see myself suddenly moving if some other bad thing were to happen, unless it was something absolutely horrible.

I just moved out of a really small town because for all the "peaceful country life" it offered, I got tired of it. I did move out of a town once due to the neighbors--they were horrible!!

Problems like your mentioned exist everywhere! They will not be the real reasons why I'll moved. It's a matter of adapting to them, living with them (as mentioned, the same problems in a different place!). The real reason to consider will be more long-term - security (as in job, career), family concerns (education, safe environment). The grass is not always greener on the other pasture!
