It came out between 94 and 96. Its about a ouijia board and some girl who screwed with it and let a presence out to haunt her. In one part she started to mess with it and it broke all the windows in her home. and in the end it was in the dumpster and the trash man took it out and then it went off. please help me it's hurting my brain!

Yep everybody's right, it was WITCHBOARD. That was such a kewl flick. My neice and I watched it together years ago, and it gave her the creeps.
