I read this as "The end of every man's speech" and I instantly thought "the end." As in fairy tale "The End" But when I realized it was search I had to think, and I realized "the end" fits anyway.Death.

the search never ends unless the dreams die, so i would say that if a man meets the end of his search, he will find nothing but shattered dreams

There´s no end and, if there´s so, it is death. Human condition is, precisely, that "he" is an "unfinished" being. "Being" that, we must say as well, shall never confirm his deepest hope: to find himself finished. Life is the search for that "completeness" -search that never ends and completeness that never arrives-, death is its end.
