All my answers are according to Indian standards. According to development Delhi is the most developed city and the reason is obvious because this so-called city (or you can say city acc. to Indian standards) is hosting the "Games of slavery" next year. Many white skinned foreigners will be visiting the so-called metro. So Delhi govt. need to improve facilities for them. According to infrastructure development Bombay is the worst. See Udaipur ranked the best place to visit. In terms of beauty I found many smaller towns of India beautiful. One such town is Udaipur. Chandigarh is also beautiful. According to me the three most beautiful cities according to Indian standards are Delhi, Udaipur, and Chandigarh. We are all witenessing the beauty of Bombay. Chocked severs, roads look like watar canals. Really monsoon makes Bombay the Venice of India. In fact many cities of India become Venices during monsoon. Edit: Udaipur voted the best. So it proves that I give logical answers.

Mumbai (was Bombay, from the Portugese phrase bom bahia,
or beautiful bay) does have great beaches, but I preferred my visit to Cochin in Kerala, in the southwest. People were very friendly to us, and that makes anyplace great.
